Assistant Manager Sales

Job Description:

• Responsibilities and qualities include :
• To manage and drive sales team target and performance
• Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK.
• Inbound live transfers
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPI’s
• Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Ideal candidate will be strong in people management skills and will have a sales background
• Target driven and motivated
• Passion for sales
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Outbound Experience
• Preferable 6 months to 1 year of work experience handling a similar position/field.
